We are well vested in this "international" community of Florida that resides in the mid-Western region on the gulf approximately 45 minutes south of Tampa, 3 hours north of Miami and 2 hours west of Orlando.  The City of Sarasota is surrounded by some of the top beaches in the country, such as Siesta Key and Lido Key, with only a bike ride distance between each.  It is nestled along a Bay Harbor of boat marina's that canvas the area with shopping, entertainment, dinning and a bar stool on every corner.  It is a very eclectic community where the real estate values are just now being recognized and has recently had some of the highest market value increases in the country.
